Since I already know what metal and canvas is like I wanted to try something different. I recently went to Holland Ridge Farm in Cream Ridge, New Jersey to photograph in their fields of millions of tulips and also met up with family and did some photos of them in the tulips. I could not decide on my usual wildlife for the print so decided on one of my favorite photos from the tulip farm of my sister and nephew. I went with the gallery print for this which they describe as a combination of direct printing on acrylic and a reinforcing aluminum plate that creates a unique effect. Some details below on this type of print from their website: 

  • Direct printing on acrylic (2 mm), reinforced by an aluminum plate (3 mm)
  • Available in matte or glossy finish
  • 7-color UV direct printing, including light colors
  • Aluminum subframe, standard mounting and standoffs available

I received my print, the size very close to a 9x12 and it is AMAZING!!! I went with the glossy finish, it really brings out the colors beautifully! The sharpness is just as I shot the photo. The quality is very good and the hanging equipment on the back very sturdy. I have no complaints at all about this piece. I ordered through the web shop which is also very easy to use. Besides from amazing print quality, they ship very fast. It shipped the day after I ordered it and came within a week! They are very helpful as well. 

I think the Gallery Printing is now my favorite over metal prints which is what I always normally printed on. It will be my sisters first mothers day and I plan on giving her this gallery print. I am sure she will be just as happy with it as I am with the quality and I will definitely order gallery prints in the future! #SaalDigital is the best!!
